- Customers must send us the vaccine certificate document and photos of their pets for reference.
- Customers must send us the Front and Back photos of their ID cards for us to register a permit.
- The period of issuing the permit is usually within 1-3 working days.
- Once the permit is issued we will send a PDF file to the customer’s email or chat.
- Once the customer’s pet flight is booked, the customer will need to send us the health certificate document (issued by the airport) and the Airway bill document.
- Once the pet cargo is landed our team will pick up and clear all the documents, taxes, or any procedures and deliver them to the customer via the Airport Animal quarantine location.
